This policy explains how this company collects, uses, and protects personal data belonging to suppliers who use this Supplier Portal to submit quotations and manage orders. It is written to meet the notice requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

1. What we collect

• Contact and business details — your name, email, phone, company, GST, and banking information provided when you register or quote through this portal.
• Quotation records — the prices, brands, delivery terms, and documents you submit for a requested item.
• Login activity — email/OTP sign-in timestamps, recorded for account security.

2. Why we process it

We process this data only to run our purchasing relationship with you: sending requests for quotation, receiving and comparing your quotations, issuing purchase orders, and processing related payments. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. One-time notice

Where required, we email you a one-time notice — the same information as this page — the first time we send you a real request for quotation. You will not receive it again for the same relationship unless something material changes.

4. Sharing

We share your data only where necessary — for example, with our finance team to process payment for your quotation, or with our logistics partners where your goods are part of a shipment. We do not share it with unrelated third parties.

5. How long we keep it

We retain quotation and order records for as long as applicable Indian tax, customs, and company-law record-keeping requirements demand.

6. Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent (which may affect our ability to continue processing an active quotation or order). To do so, or to raise a complaint about how your data is handled, write to our Data Protection/Grievance Officer:

7. Cookies and browser storage

This portal does not use advertising or analytics cookies/trackers of any kind, and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. The only cookie it sets is a strictly-necessary, HttpOnly login session cookie (cannot be read by any script), which is cleared when you sign out.

8. Security

Your quotation data is only visible to authorized staff on our side who need it to process your orders and payments.
